Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:?According to the "Notice of the Shanghai Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau on Conducting Preliminary Investigation, Supervision and Inspection of Soil Pollution Status on Construction Land in the City" (Hu Huan Tu [2022] No. 235), potential high-risk land parcels identified through enterprise land investigation, or land parcels that were previously listed as key soil pollution supervision units are planned to be changed to residential, public management and public service land, or land parcels with unclear planning purposes. Carry out quality control spot checks including sampling and analysis work planning, on-site sampling, and laboratory testing and analysis, with a spot check ratio of no less than 20%.
